For the breast cancer research chair to be an Ideal model and paramount means to promote scientific research, training and generate knowledge among the workers in the field of breast cancer, and employing it to contribute to the quality of medical service provided to the community and the development of a distinct generation of researchers and doctors around the kingdom and the gulf countries.

1- Conduct epidemiological clinical and scientific studies on breast cancer to understand the nature of the disease locally and to indentify the points of difference from other countries, for proper utilization of all available tools for early detection , prevention and therapeutic modalities available currently and can be provided in the future to achieve the desired results for the affected group and reach leadership locally and globally .
2- To spread health awareness among the community about the importance of early detection of breast cancer and the available preventive methods and familiarize them with the available facilities for prevention and early detection .
3- Strengthen the cooperation& interaction between the doctors and scientists in other sectors to reach the best levels and access all the opportunities available to the sectors at the local and global levels
4- Expand the basic sience research in term of genes and molecular characteristics of breast cancer cells to specify the treatment for each category instead of generalization of treatment to avoid unnecessary side effects.
